Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be changed or canceled. If you do cancel within the allowed timeframe, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5β10 business days.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window for most products. If you're unhappy with your purchase, weβre here to help. Please ensure your item meets the conditions below before initiating a return.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Items returned within the window or with prior approval are not subject to a restocking fee.
- Items returned outside this window or without prior approval may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%.
- Used, worn, or damaged items due to normal wear and tear or misuse are not eligible for return or refund.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at support@naturetactic.com with your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and any supporting photos if applicable.
- Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization if eligible.
- Upon approval, youβll receive the return instructions, including the return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.
Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it within 5β10 business days.
- If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days of inspection approval.
- Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method in U.S. Dollars ($USD).
Note: Your financial institution may take additional time to process the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, if your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

- If the item is eligible, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Important Notes
- Items damaged due to improper use or after delivery are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
- Minor damage to packaging while the product is intact is not considered a defect.
Exclusions
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

Foreign Currency Transactions
All refunds are processed in U.S. Dollars ($USD). Customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees or foreign transaction fees incurred during a purchase or refund process.
